In 2003, goods were exported from Iceland for 182,600 million ISK and imported into Iceland for 199,500 million ISK fob, 216,500 million ISK cif. Thus there was a trade deficit of 16,900 million ISK, compared with 13,100 million ISK surplus in 2002. Exports decreased by 11% at current prices while imports increased by 4%.
